Ideation

The production of ideas is inspired by our physicists, our academic partners and informed by the state-of-the-art in quantum research. New ideas are formalized into engineering and design roadmaps.

Design

Proprietary chip design and simulation tools allow us to quickly converge on a promising blueprint. We can compare new ideas with all previous ones and make quick decisions about where to go next.

Fabrication

Fabrication is carried out in cleanrooms by the nanofab team. The chips we produce are benchmarked exhaustively, guaranteeing key quality metrics.

Verification

Experimentalists validate our scientific progress towards fault-tolerance. We learn more with each iteration, our goal is that each chip produced and measured is Alice & Bob’s best yet.
